Responsibility

- Prepare RFQ for competitive bidding and sourcing of new suppliers.
Ensure early supplier involvement to safeguard the time to market
and best total cost of ownership.
- Set SMART goals in compliance with organization goals.
Set saving goals based on BMP.
- Work closely with equipment engineers in supplier identification,
evaluation and selection.
- Manages negotiation and agreement on price, T&C, quality level,
services, logistics, etc.
- Finalize PO and contract with suppliers. Delivery follow-up
and trouble-shooting on incompliance of supplier performance.
Contribute to supplier assessment and supplier performance improvement.
- Purchasing related procedure / Audit
- Weekly report of PO and cost saving on Access database.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree, Major in business administration or English
- More than 3 years in purchasing field
- Fluent in written & spoken English, CET-6 preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with SAP system
