Responsibility

- Reporting to Oil&Gas Sourcing Global Leader and responsible for all Sourcing aspects in China for Oil&Gas business.
- Accountable for Sourcing performance results to the business.
- Establish global sourcing processes and adequate controllership with cross function team.
- Establish vision for flow and project sourcing in China and develop proper metrics.
- Participate business discussions and decisions on China business plan and work with cross functional team to develop the proper sourcing resource plan for China growth.
- Establish local supplier base and leverage global Sourcing team to support China business plan.
- Help coordinate China sourcing plan to accelerate the Sourcing volume growth in China.
- Handle PO transactions and resolve supplier issues as required

Requirements

- Bachelor or above degree (technical or business preferred).
- Understand sourcing elements: schedule sensitivity, change and uncertainty, total cost picture and procedure compliance risks.
- Depth in process development.
- Ability to participate high level business decision and leverage global team effectively and recruit talent into Sourcing.
- Superior communication skills at all organization levels.
- Ability to energize team under pressure and dynamic situations with clear directions and trust.
- Strong people development skills
- Strong business sense to balance short & long terms needs.
- Experiences in contracting, commercial dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop appropriate metrics to manage execution and drive the right behaviour.
- Ability to balance push backs and needs to support business and build correct process along the way.
- Strong negotiator
