Responsibility

- Develop and implement purchasing and sourcing strategy
for HPS to ensure all products and services delivered
by suppliers meet the specifications, EHS requirements
and operation needs cost effectively
- Establish together with maintenance team a maintenance
system to manage MRO needs and spare parts inventory
in order to achieve sustainable plant performance
and cost effective MRO activities.
- Develop, monitor and meet agreed supplier KPI targets
(OTIF, FCD, RFT, complaints��) to ensure continually
performance and cost improvement of all supply sources.

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree, chemical engineering or chemical
mechanical engineering is preferred
- 5 years purchasing experience in MNC with large equipment
purchasing experience. Experience in chemical industry is a plus
- Familiar with MRP System & ISO 9000
- A sound understanding of contracts and contract law
- Outstanding negotiation skills, communication
skill & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking
- Strong ability to drive continuous improvement
under demanding circumstance
- High integrity and honesty
