Responsibility

- Indirect/M&E Asia Pacific (APO) Regional Data Consolidation
- Support APO for regional Ind/M&E purchasing
- Develop competency for assigned Ind/M&E commodities
- Link/leverage with other divisions/countries and with Commodity Teams
- Work with requesters to manage APO Ind/M&E purchase pipeline
- Manage APO Ind/M&E bid list and right-size supply base
- Become well versed with Cost Management elements pertaining
to assigned Ind/M&E commodities
- Identify commonality among country & divisional Ind/M&E buys
and work on consolidation projects as assigned
- Support Indirect Material Cost Improvement Programme (IMCIP) in Asia Pacific
- Solicit and execute Ind/M&E supplier suggestions (SSP's)
- Develop APO strategies for assigned commodity.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience, preferably in indirect/M&E purchasing
- Good knowledge of application of MS WORD,EXCEL and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of purchasing system, E.G.SAP is preferred
- Good interpersonal, oral and writing skills, fluent in English
- Some travel within regioin may be required
- Good knowledge of contract services procurement preferred.
