Responsibility

* Basic job purpose:
- Own and drive Cardiology OP (Topline and SM) for MUSE, ECGs and Stress product lines
- Working closely with the region cardiology teams, provide training, product knowledge and thought leadership
- Improve the clinical selling capabilities across Asia regions by developing clinical and sales tools
- Cooperate closely with global DCAR and Invasive P&Ls (product managers) to address customer needs for the Asia Cardiology Market (Weekly Op Mechs, Tcons, etc.).
- Work with Asia Cardiology GM to create holistic product strategy for Cardiology short and long term growth implement it collaborating closely with the region sales team

* Main objectives and activity
The Asia product manager is responsible for devices cardiology activities within Asia. He/she has complete ownership of meeting Operating Plan Commitments (Top-line, SM) for Asia devices cardiology. He/she needs clinical knowledge and product knowledge, as well as be a strategic thinker and implementer together with the sales team.

* Key roles and responsibilities are:
- Drive the quarterly OP for MUSE, ECG, and Stress (working closely with Sales teams)
- Create and execute marketing strategy
- Set and get pricing in all segments to enable growth in SM (SM Realization)
- Understand competition (products, distribution, pricing, etc.) & develop plan to beat
- Create effective promotional campaigns to realize OP and product mix
- Provide Asia product need input to the global product development
- Work with the global team to enable Asia OEM strategy for devices cardiology
- Influence sales to maximize distribution effectiveness (direct sales, dealers, etc.)
- Create sales tools and mechanisms to increase SFE for Cardiology
- Liase with Global Product Team on quality related issues
- Work with Service to ensure customer satisfaction & experience~HJ~

Requirements

- Knowledge of Hospital workflow, and clniics workflow
- Clinial Knowledge for cardiology (preferred)
- Marketing expertise
- Experience as a trainer
- Language proficiency in English
- Strong team player
- Proactive contributor
- Effective problem solver
- Presentation skills (preferred)
- Teamwork
- Independently motivated to accomplish tasks
- Ability to find added value solutions for customers
- Excellent communicator, good interpersonal skills
