Responsibility

- Monitor RFMD Product Quality Requirement and ensure them
to well controlled and implemented in RFMD BJ plant,
including Qualification, Ongoing Reliability Monitoring,
Abnormal & Maverick lot disposition in Assembly and Test area
- Lead / Involve Product Quality Improvement Project
in RFMD BJ
- Coordinate / Involve RFMD Best Practice / Lessons Learn buy
in to RFMD BJ plant and ensure them to well controlled
and implemented

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or above, Majoring in BSEE or Semicon
Material Science preferred
- No less than 3 years experience in Semicon industry/Assembly
Manufacturing experience
- Semicon product Knowledge on Device and packaging
(Silicon a must, GaAs preferred)
- Knowledge on Product Quality assurance standard in Semicon industry,
- Quality Problem Solving Skills and Manufacturing Experience is needed
- Good Command of English and Computer skills
