Location
- Shanghai

Responsibility

- Assist the project manager in managing office and retail
fit-out projects for the clients in compliance with
the departmental procedures and local codes
- Performs daily duties in monitoring site progress,
and vendors and client coordination
- Responsible for the documentation of the project

Requirement:
- Tertiary education, with specialization in engineering
and/or interior design, or other project management
related disciplines
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communications skills
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good knowledge in PC software such as Words, Excel, MS Project and etc.
- Tertiary education is preferred
- Previous experiences in office and/ or retail fit-out
projects would be an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcome to try too
