Requirement

- Above 3 years working experiences in IE or process
engineering is preferred.
- Transnational company working experience is preferred.
- Fluent English in reading & writing.

Responsibility

- Establish standerd hour,output and other standard rules
that related t- products.
- Base on producing demand,provide the forecast for headcount,
line,stock space and others resouce capacity.
- Relese the line banlance,standard hour and labor cost t-MFG and FIN.
- Design the plant layout,material flow.
- Track the operation effiency,coorinate with ralated section
t-improve the operation productivity.
- Stusy the professional technology.
- Train the new fellow about professional knowledge.
