Position Goals

- To accomplish on-site project lease management assignments

Responsibility

- In charge of making, executing, implementing and accomplishing
the Project Lease Management Operation Plan.
- Be familiar with the leasing management work of the buildings,

Including

- Tenants detail information
- Payment of rental and other fees
- Complain records of tenant
- Detail verifying of monthly management report
- Under project GM's authorization, representative the owner
to doing business with tenants.
- Under owners' authorization, representative the owner
to doing business with the third party.
- Under owners' authorization, representative the owner
to negotiate the tenancy agreement with tenants.
(On renewal, new lease, relocation, etc.)
- Connecting with each department.
- Verifying the payment of operation fee and fees of the building
according to the managing payment budget.
- Urging, dealing and following all the complaints and opinions
of owners and tenants.
- Visiting the tenants regularly, raising the opinion questionnaire,
researching and renovating after collecting all opinions.
- Having meeting with owner and cooperation regularly,
reporting the management situation and following
the theme of the meeting.
- Dealing with all the managing problems.
- Associating with each department and team building.
- Supervising each department to preparing before tenants
move in and doing the handing over procedures.
- Supervising and implementing all the employee management
rules and knowing about the enforcement situation.
- Having management meetings regularly, making sure employees
follow the instructions and colleting the feedback.
- Accomplishing the work ordered by supervisor.

Requirement

- English / Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hard working team player
- Relevant experience preferred
