Objective:
- Assisting in the implementation and management of a lease
administration system for a global client's Asia Pacific
real estate portfolio. Working with JLL's regional lease
administration team to support the client's lease administration
needs and is expected to support portfolio data analysis,
provide timely portfolio reports to support real estate
transactions and decisions.

Responsibility

- Assist in all aspects of the implementation of a lease
administration system for the global client, including
the collection of documents and data for the portfolio
and preparation of lease abstracts where required.
- Develop detailed working knowledge of the lease administration
system and real estate data base functions and reporting capabilities.
- Work with the Jones xxx Lease Administrator
based in India and assist with the lease administration
and financial management of the global client's Asia Pacific portfolio.
- Maintain accurate data in the lease admin system in a timely
manner via interaction with Transactions Manager,
regional real estate team, Client finance teams, etc.
- Gain a full understanding of the global client's real
estate portfolio, critical lease terms and conditions
and real estate data, and real estate operating environment.
- Provide timely routine and ad hoc reporting on global client's
Asia Pacific portfolio to the client and the Transactions
Manager and to support regular portfolio analysis
and real estate transactions and decisions.
- Work with regional counterparts in EMEA and US to provide
consolidated data when needed.

Requirement

- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Experienced in lease administration processes and a good
understanding of real estate transactions.
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting, spread sheets,
Microsoft Office software.
- Financial and analytical ability.
- Solid project management skills with ability to drive results.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Understanding of and aptitude to leverage technology.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
