Responsibility

- Manage the plant and the utilities facilities to meet
the demands of the customers on product quality
and volumes in timely manner.
- Ensure that manufacturing remains in full compliance
with all legal and Company requirements on EHS,
production volume, quality, manufacturing cost,
efficiency and reliability.
- Implements and recommends plant changes and upgrading
to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness performance.
- Proactively solve operating problems and instruct plant
personnel of activities required whenever major problem
rose in production operation.
- Lead and develop his/her team into a fully functioning
and professional team to enable production in line
with customer requirements and the Company's standards.
- Maintains and enhances good communications with 3rd party
raw material and utility suppliers to maximize
the efficiency and reliability of plant operations.

Requirement

- University degree in chemical engineering, chemistry
or mechanical engineering.
- 10+years experience in chemical manufacturing facilities.
- 3+years managerial experience.
- Strong people management skills.
- Good communication and influencing skill.
- Good command of English.
