Responsibility

- Manage a manufacturing operation section which activities
include production and FGS/Store.
- Effectively manage human resources to ensure high level of productivity.
- Responsible for quality level of the manufacturing process.
- Improve equipment utilization through effective maintenance management.
- Manage TPM small group activity & lean manufacturing.
- Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure
that the company is cost- effective in all its operations.
- Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve MFG goals & objectives
- Lead & guide staff to achieve operation/engineering/technical
solutions as well as maintain competitiveness
- Other duties as assigned by top management

Requirements

- Good knowledge of the manufacturing operations/lean manufacturing concept.
- Project management skills.
- Able to lead across department and motivate teammates
- Degree with preferred >10 years managerial experience
or equivalent or Diploma with preferred
- >13 years relevant experience or equivalent.
- Manage a section of about 450 direct labor,
150 non-exempts and 60 exempts.
