Responsibility

- Project management and coordinate development
to improve equipment and space utilization..
- Develop and establish IE procedures and improvement programs.
- Key communicator with US and SGP IE's
- Mentor for lower level engineers.
- Factory layout.
- Capacity planning.
- Performance management.
- Manufacturing standards.
- Methods improvement program.
- Work simplification.
- Resource optimization.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

- Good Industrial engineering knowledge including Plant
layout/Ergonomics/Operations research/Capacity planning
/Methods engineering/Work measurement and techniques
/Simulation / operational modeling/Facilities operations.
- Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
- Effective communication skills.
- Company key IE expertise.
- Good at English both in written & oral
- Oversea working experience preferred
- Be good at Excel VBA, Access knowledges
- 5 years above relevant experience.
