Primary Objectives

- Coordinate between sales office, production site
and global DCM for Demand Chain Management Asia.
- To match demand and supply by managing the sales & operations
planning process for DNR+ GC in line with overall
business objectives of DNR+ LLT.
- Coordinate and optimize all site logistic activities
for achieving an optimum in costs and service towards customers
- Drive logistics project on site /of site and between site and end customers

Responsibility

a.Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
- Create suitable Customer Service Level internally
and externally for GC.Implement it and monitor the results.
- Being responsible for S&OP process (Sales & Operation Planning), DNR+ GC.
- Coordinate other issues of DCM (Package, sample delivery, etc.).
- Work together with global DCM to have synergy of all PCR site worldwide.
- Monitor and review performance of logistic service providers.
- Monitors, evaluates & reports realized logistics
service level of production sites
and physical distribution partners.
- Present DCM in the Operational Team and align in this role
the OT objectives with the overall business and DCM objectives.
- Identify and agree chain improvement project with business
and manufacturing management.
- Develop and implement competencies, work¨Cprocesses
and systems for the production sites logistics departments
(transportation call-off, export procedures, third party logistics relations)
- Report fully, regularly and in proper format.

b.Authorities
- Set service level
- Set procedure for chain improvement

c.Projects or Special Assignments
- Monitor and report the Complaint management
- Optimize products portfolio of production site in Asia
- Bonded Warehouse management
- Coach account managers.

Requirement

- University or above or equivalent experience in business
administration or other DCM / logistics-related field
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of business steering model and business process

Required level of experiences
- DCM experience, over5 years
- Multi-national company experience,5 years
- over 8 years experience preferably in OTC-related disciplines
