Responsibility

- Responsible for supply chain functions in Greater china for the distribution of Industrial system products
- Provide functional leadership in planning and fulfillment operation.
- Improve overall Inventory management, forecasting and purchasing planning.
- Formulate policies and procedures for purchasing, materials control, inventory management, shipping/receiving .
- Ensure effective execution of purchasing and planning to support sales
- Own, review and submit financial performance, operation matrics to ensure service factor
- Lead the team in materials planning, purchasing, inventory management
- Ensure that business process comply with the region's import/export, custom policies and legal requirements
- Development and management of inter-department process and communications
- Participates, contributes and lead in Asia components and equipment PSI

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree on Business or Engineering field
- At least 6-8 years related Supply Chain experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Related Import/Export experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong leadership ability
- Project control and product development experience
