Responsibility

- Making human resource plan for production department
- Evaluating the performance of all employees in production
department
- Evaluate the training requirements for all employees
in production department and make training plan
for production department, implement training plan
- Production planning including arrangement for startup
and shutdown of plant; control the stock in the right
level; KPI setting for production department
- Responsible for process, formula management and quality
control during process, make all these things comply
with DSM standards, meet customer demand, such as
quality noncompliance, customer complaint etc.
- Implement SHE policy and requirements of DSM, make
all activities in the plant comply with local legislation
and DSM requirements, improve the SHE performance
of production department continuously
- Keep maintenance system running effectively and make
sure of high operational efficiency in the plant
- Monthly report and annual report submit

Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above in chemical.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership skill, Judgment skill, communication
skill, Decisiveness skill, Planning and organizing skill
- At least 5 years working experience of foreign chemical
related manufacturing industries and at least 2 years
experience at the position of Production manager
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work
with customers, channel partners, factory personnel and many others
- Effective team leadership skills
- Self-starter, able to take initiative with little direct supervision
- High professional standards and ethics
