Responsibility

- 35% - Drive Presentation Excellence through Nike China Organization.
Guide and lead Nike Merchandisers by setting clear
and concise visual standards and product techniques
- Work closely with Nike Owned Retail Marketing Manager to develop
and drive productive sales impacting merchandising strategies
that maximize profitability and space productivity.
- Develop tools to execute high standards of visual display
and merchandising presentations.
- 35% - Manage the retail communication landscape,
through clearly defining the communication hierarchy
and content of graphics. Balance the seasonal marketing initiatives,
seasonal merchandising strategies, gender, category,
and technical communication.
- Lead the marketing initiative design and display process,
providing link between retail marketing, product display
and in-store installation. Find quality design solutions
(both 2D and 3D) to enhance seasonal initiative executions.
All programs should be flexible to meet the needs of different
fixture and store types.
- Streamline the initiative and graphic change out process,
maximizing quality control, budgets, and on time executions.
Be a design resource for material solutions and printing techniques.
- 30% - Manage the Graphic design process maximizing Nike design
and freelance resources. Drive graphic design project management,
visual directives and training tools development.
- Work closely with Merchandising and Training supervisor
to develop frequent field information and feedback.
- Provide merchandising visual direction to support execution
excellence for initiative campaigns and seasonal merchandising
direction.

Requirements

- BA in Art Design, Retail Merchandising or a related field
and at least 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
or visual merchandising.
- Must demonstrate an innate sense of aesthetic, merchandising
skills and graphic POP production background.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-cultural teams
and to inspire and create consensus with a group to achieve a common goal.
- Possess proficiency in oral and written English & Mandarin
- Have an appreciation of sports and strong passion for sports
- Enjoy challenges and with an attitude to be the best, always
- Be skilled in Microsoft Office and Internet
- Be enthusiastic and service-oriented.
