Responsibility

- Responsible for new product registration, product license renewal,
registration changes and trial application, including prepare
registration dossiers correctly and timely,
prepare product labeling correctly and timely.
- Maintain and set up database which will improve work.
- Coordinate the product trademark registration and provide
the product patent search service to internal customers.
- Have good knowledge of all products.
- Have good understanding of Chinese and HK regulatory environment.
- Communicate with RBS in HQ, HK RA and other departments effectively.
- Implement regulatory activities as required by governmental
regulations and internal SOPs.
- Participate in all required internal and external trainings.
- Keep good relations with HA officials and professionals.
- Coaching and share experience to other RAs at enhancing their work.
- MAK, COM, Production, Sales, CRM/CRAs and RBS in HQ
- HA officials and professionals

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or similar field.
- At least 2 years drug registration experience.
- Good understanding of Chinese pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
- Good relation with HA officials and professional.
- Please indicate 5-7 competencies and its level that are required of the position.
