Position Overview:

- To enhance the market reputation of xxx in Guangzhou (GZ)
and Shenzhen (SZ) through strategic planning and deployment
of public relations, marketing and communications programs;
and to facilitate and enhance internal communications.
- Working closely with GZ and SZ business leaders and China marketing
team to plan and execute all public relations and marketing
initiatives that support the Firm's business goals and growth strategies.

Responsibility

Strategic Planning:
- Understands the business environment in Guangzhou and Shenzhen
with an ability to identify and plan differentiated
and impactful marketing strategies
- Partners with Guangzhou and Shenzhen business leaders to drive
strategy for targeted marketing and new business activities,
develop plans and collaborates as needed
- Manages the development/execution of strategic, integrated
marketing communications plans, budget and measurable targets
for the specified geographic market, positioning xxx as an industry
thought leader and trusted adviser to clients
- Works closely with team members in respective markets to drive
synergy across China and Greater China
(cross business and cross border initiatives)

Marketing Communication:

- Organizes all media and client events, ensuring our Objective:
are met and the events receive high marks from attendees
(internal and external)
- Ensures that business lines are equipped with professionally
produced and targeted collateral / presentations to support
their business development efforts
- Works closely with Research team on developing white papers
and thought leadership materials - manages their production,
distribution and relevant media activities to increase profile
(if applicable)
- Identifies targeted speaking opportunities for business leaders
- Ensures that leadership profiling, new assignments, significant
transactions, research and other newsworthy items are actively
pitched to the media and our "highest share of voice" position is maintained
- Drafts press releases, distributes to target media and follows up with media
- Builds and maintains excellent media relations with GZ and SZ broadcast, print and online media
- Effectively identifies and manages outside resources and vendors,
with an understanding of creative services, printing and production
- Works with leadership and HR to ensure all employee communications
and internal activities are fully leveraged and driven
into the business, e.g. ACT program
- Monitors and updates Guangzhou Delphi site (intranet)
- Updates and monitors Guangzhou and Shenzhen website pages

Brand Management

- Internally promotes the value of brand management,
targeted marketing activities and tailored client communications
across the business
- Cascades programs that drive our brand internally
and maintains consistency with our global brand
- Ensures that all marketing, communication and business development
activities are consistent with Jones Lang LaSalle's brand image
and graphics standards program

Requirement

- Knowledge about and experience working in China, Guangzhou/Shenzhen
specifically, required
- Experience working in multinational corporations
- Minimum 8 years of marketing and communications experience
of which at least 4 years in managerial position
- Appropriate high-level education (such as a Bachelor's Degree),
preferably in marketing, journalism or communications
- Strong leadership skills; highly assertive with an independent
working style
- Ability to set Objective: s for self while working closely
with marketing leadership in Shanghai
- Excellent communication skills ¨C both in Chinese
(Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Good network and relations with key GZ and SZ media
- Strong project management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Understanding of and commitment to client service
¨C both internal and external
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team
- Attentive to details
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications
(Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and basic knowledge of new media
