Objective

- Delivering Marketing and Customer Service Objective:
- Preparation of appropriate sections of the annual Business Plan i.e.
plans and budget on Marketing and Customer Service aspects.
- To lead and manage teams of Marketing and Customer Service for the
development to optimize visitation by the various segments.
- To maintain and develop effective Tenant Communications.
- Maximize Shopping Centre sales and customer visits through devising
and generating exciting and creative Marketing and Customer Service
Programs which aim to increase traffic and drive retail sales.
- To act as Team Leader and line manager for Marketing and Customer Service staff.
- Implement projects as required by the Centre General Manager
and Leasing and Marketing Director.

Responsibility

- Annual Marketing and Customer Service strategies, budget and action plan
- Management of daily Marketing and Customer Service activities.
- Monitor and analysis centre sales and customers traffic.
- Establish and management a capable team of staff on Marketing and Customer Service.
- Supervision of sub-contractors e.g. advertising agencies and PR Company etc.
- To develop a creative and unique Customer Service policy for the Centre
- Maintain and Control a good relationship with media to establish
a positive image of the Centre.
- To co-ordinate departmental reports and draft Leasing and Marketing
reports for presentation to the client on weekly and monthly basis.

Any other duties required by the Manager or any task which may be
required to be completed during the normal daily functions.

Requirement

- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Written and spoken of Fluent English and Putonghua/Chinese.
- Ability to think and plan strategically.
- Customer driven and focused.
- Ability to use initiative to meet Company/Team Objective: s.
- Commercially aware and up to date with Retail industry news.
- Highly motivated leader and manager, committed to the company culture.
- Strong people manager who can effectively achieve results through the team.
- Minimum 5 years' of solid experience in Marketing and Customer
Service in middle to high-end shopping centre projects.
- Demonstrated involvement in Shopping Centre Projects in China.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets.
- Fluent in using of relevant computer software.
Experienced in the use of all appropriate software commensurate
with the role including but not limited to Microsoft Office,
CoralDraw or similar graphics package.
- University graduate is preferred.
- Under the age of 35 is preferred.
