Responsibility

- Communicate and lobby with government decision makers in different levels with specific goal.
- Build up relationship with central and local governments to ensure corporate business is well protected and fit with government development agenda and direction.
- Build and maintain good relationship with professional associations and KOLs.
- Main scopes are focused on pricing, bidding, listing and new product launching.
- Essential Drug List and National Reimbursement Drug List
- Lobbying SFDA(or) MOLSS and expert committee to ensure our newly-launched or licensed products get onto National Reimbursement List, and possible the Essential Drug List.
- Get our newly-launched or licensed products onto local reimbursement list within a year after they are on National Reimbursement List
- Price Application and Negotiation
- Lobbying government in new product price application to get optimal price
- Negotiate with government to avoid or mitigate risks of price-cut
Bidding and Hospital Listing
- Together with local sales team to attend provincial/municipal level price bidding
- Lobbying local bidding office to avoid high discount rate in bidding
- Provide guidance and help for Sales team to get our products listed in key individual hospital

Government and Industry Liaison

- Establish and build on relationships with key contacts within the company, and govt. agencies.
- New Drug Registration
- Accelerate UCB new drug registration, including fasten CTA obtain process and registration after clinical trial.
- Distribution Management

Requirements

- University degree or above, Medical / Pharma background is preferable.
- Minimum 3-5 years' solid similar working experiences with multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical business and healthcare system.
- Excellent lobbying skills and good communication skills in English.
- Result-oriental, hands-on, independent and be able to work under pressure.
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
