Job Purpose

The job is to be in charge of CRM. Specifically, this position
is responsible for developing xxx Pet Care CRM strategy & activity plan,
as well as to implement & monitor the CRM program/activities
to help accelerate petcare calorie conversion & business growth.

Responsibility

- Develop successful sampling model & further optimize consumer
data base to support Sampling and whole CRM program.
- Manage education sampling execution nationwide on an on-going basis
- Optimize the integration with trade activity and CRM activity
to leverage the benefit.
- Budget control & management

POEM:
- Assist in developing POEM strategy as part of MTP '4 legs' strategy.
- Design, implement & monitor the POEM activity
across different channel & regions
- Further integrate the POEM program with trade/CRM/sampling
activity to achieve the optimal benefit.

CRM Activity:
- Assist on developing Pet Care CRM strategy as part of OP & MTP strategy.
- Develop creative, effective and focused Consumer Loyalty
activity based on CRM strategy.
- Manage and monitor the execution of Consumer Loyalty activity
across channel and across region.
- Monitor 800 hotline and recommend actions towards consumers
feedback on regular basis

Requirement

- Passionate pet owner
- 2 years marketing/trade marketing/sales experience
- Fluent in both Chinese,and English
- Strong communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and learning agility
