Responsibility

- Prepare, collect and check shipping docs and then pass to broker in time
- Arrange the payment for duty and VAT, and prepare full
set of docs to FA dept. for remittance to vendor
- Arrange imported raw material, sample, and equipment proper delivery to BACH site
- To check LSP KPI report then make the payment and import monthly report
- Issue vessel nomination for incoming bulk liquid
- Handling damaged, lost, off- specification cargo claim for compensation
- HS code classification for spare parts and chemical materials
- Be responsible for bonded notebook application, control and verification
- Cooperate with LSP and monitor LSP performance
- Work as per ISO9002 and ISO14001 system defined,
ensure the operation conform to these requirements

Requirements

- College degree or above
- More than 3 years working experience in import/export area
- Familiar with import operation
- Experience in bonded notebook application and management
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiar with Microsoft office software
- Custom declaration qualification certification is preferred
