Responsibility

Tasks:
- Place order based on forecast and real customer order,
make sure production material available
- Fill in voucher and follow up payment to make sure of in- time payment
- Maintain SAP data properly to make sure correct material movement and correct stocking taking
- Follow up non- confirming production material return and re- import
- Non- confirming material statistics and supply performance KPI reporting
- Cooperate with the related departments in importing/exporting
working to be sure of a smooth Custom clearance for the production material
- Responsible for the Spare parts delivery

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or logistics related
- Background in electrical, mechanical or medical fields preferred
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Job Language:EN
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Working experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Experienc in SAP/ERP is a must
- Applicant with Customer clearance experience or the related certificate preferred.
