Responsibility

- Help establish systematic training programs for shop floor workers
- Carry out training needs analyses
- Develop training courses and design course material and other documents such as handouts, manual and exercises
- Conduct training
- Monitor training fulfiilment, follow up training results and be responsible for training effectiveness
- Deal with administrative records
- Develop suitability tests for shop floor applicants
- Be contact person for the vacational schools
- Develop and adjust together with vocational school syllabus(=Lehrplan)for all required majors
- Take care for Rb-classes at vocational schools
- Work out plans for integration of students in production during practical semester at RBCD(sponsorship concept)
- Organize and take care for students during their praxis semester at RBCD
- Create journeyman test for decision, which student RBCD takes over
- Support and coach employees using e-learning packages
- New employee orientation
- Deliver on-the-job training
- Take responsibility for maintenance of training roomenterprise, experience on production management is preferred

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical- or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with the focus on production
- Good communication skills and team work oriented
- Fluent English and Chinese in writing and speaking
- Familiarity with MS office tools
- Skill of quality tools(e.g. FMEA,SPC,APQP etc)
- Able to speak Wuxi dialect is preferred
- Over 3 years training experience in foreign enterprise, experience on production management is preferredresults and be responsible for training effectiveness
- Deal with administrative records
