Responsibility

- The major responsibility and task for the incumbent is to help
strengthen HR supporting team's partnership to organization targets
and culture via improving the efficiency of NNCP HR procedures
and practices from initiatives on day-to-day administration,
process optimization and toolkit development, etc.

Main Tasks:

- Act as the owner and initiator for NNCP HR's regular activities
and events such as eVoice, 3P, hiring efficiencies, etc.
- Evaluate NNCP HR's practices, process and procedures on a regular
base for the efficiencies.
- Take the initiatives to optimize current NNCP HR's practices
and procedures, meanwhile develop effective tools in all HR related
areas according to organization's development needs.
- Be responsible for standardizing and completing the documentation
for HR practices and procedures.
- Take the initiatives and responsibilities to communicate
with and advise HRPs and LMs on HR practices' and procedures'
updates and HR initiatives.
- Provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture via above
originating and leading HR practices and objectives

The HR Program Manager is responsible for all or part of these areas:
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations

Requirement

- Above Bachelor's degree, HR Management & Psychology will be desirable
- More than 5 years' working experience as HR Generalist in MNC.
- Has the ability to perform on multi-tasks under pressure,
result oriented and willing to get into details
- Own the passion and open mind to embrace and drive changes
- A team player and a Self-motivator
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused on simplicity with quality and time- bound mindset
- Capable to establish trust and credibility in front of staff and leaders
- Integrity and maintain confidentiality is a MUST
