Responsibility

- China lead and focal point to guide, support xxx international
assignment employees in-bound and out-bound for China to facilitate
effective and efficient relocation and settlement in new working location.
- Coordinate ISE support activities (such as orientation program,language
and culture learning, PRC labor law regulation, xxx China employment
condition and employee handbook) in various cities in China.
- Manage agent to handle immigration issues (working/residence permits application/renewal).
- Manage each location realtors on house hunting, lease negotiation and initiate payment.
- Work with realtor or landlord on IAE housing lease contract renewal.
With the evolution of China's business law and tax requirement,
update realtor on new regulation and protect company interests.
- Advice and manage IAE children school enrollment. Follow up with schools
to confirm enrollment and proceed the payment.
- Investigate auto lease quotations, negotiate lease terms and facilitate payment.
- Review and administer IAE benefits, such as R&R, annual leave,
transportation, membership.
- Work with IAE payroll and benefits location and corporate
IA function on IAE related issue.
- Develop and maintain data of IAE in China and overseas,
provide reports timely as required.
- Assess, measure, recommend, select DSM China IAE service vendors
based on xxx standards, business needs and code of conduct
- Participate, support and share the tasks of recruitment activities
in IAE's BU/Function/Organization where applicable and needed.
- Other assigned HR tasks and projects.

Requirement

- Bachelor degree, HR or related major preferred, must have strong
and professional knowledge and skills in International Assignment
employee service and Target Selection, at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical, data rational with strong commercial acumen and cultural awareness
- Assertive, proactive, customer and result orientation
- Solid background in multinational environment with hands-on and operational experience
- Experience in international relocation service firm environment
- A driver of change who possess the ability to operate effectively
in a matrix/indirect leadership environment
- Strong in planning, organizing, negotiation, time-management and presentation
- Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, endurance and willing to help
