Objective

- Support the Department Head to implement Human Resources (HR) policies
and processes in country with an aim to support huge growth of the business
through effective use of people to achieve profitability
and business Objective: and positioning xxx as the "employer of choice"

Responsibility

- Assist the Head of Shopping Centre Management (SCM) Retail Shanghai
to plan and develop the human resources strategy and policy for SCM
Retail Shanghai to support the business strategy, in consultation
with the Head of HR, Shanghai.
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of HR systems in SCM
Retail Shanghai, including performance management system, remuneration,
resource planning, recruitment processes, induction, and learning and development.
- Maintain employee records, including performance and remuneration
information to ensure the ongoing integrity of HR systems.
- Be the central point of contact for queries on HR issues for the business
- Maintain internal service standards for the HR function to support the business.
- Monitor employee relation issues and legislation and ensure compliance.
- Ensure there are clear consequences for performance and non-performance.
- Attract, develop and retain outstanding people.
- Ensure processes are put in place to continually improve operating
efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of internal xxx managers,
staff and clients.

Requirement

- Minimum 8 years of International Enterprise working experience
- Qualification required
- Fluent in verbal English and Mandarin
- Fluency in written English an asset
- Well versed in labor and tax legislation
- Exposure to Leadership development
- Ability to deal with various levels of staff
- Mature
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to mobilize resources to achieve the end goal
- Ability to influence and persuade
- Speed
