general Description:
The Commercial Leadership Program(CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in key sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It Prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization. With a dynamic sales curriculum and structured assignments, program members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships.

Responsibility:
- Will have three 6-8 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China. (Mainly located in Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou/Chengdu area)
- Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs
- Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario
- Strictly follow internal policy and ge compliance standard
- Will travel within and across the region

Requirements

- 1-2 years experience in sales related area or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master Degree, working experience & majored in Electrics/Electronics/Lighting Source are preferred.
- Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
- Geographic mobility all over China willing to travel
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
- Demonstrates ge value and leadership potential
- Fluent in English is a plus
