Responsibility

- Implement any global C&B solution linked with regional and local perspective
- Develop competitive C&B system to improve attractiveness
of the company as an employer in China
- Coordinate in AP region for related issus
- Deal with any Labor Laws and regulations, and labor relation issues in China

Requirements

- At least 5 years solid C&B managerial experience in foreign company
- Excellent in communication and coordination.
- Fluent in English
- HRSAP skill is a plus
- Good personality and image are required.
