Responsibility

- Be responsible for finance and accounting activities, in charge of finance management and accounting related problem-solving
- Establish finance management policy and procedures in compliance with both statutory requirements & international accounting standards and company development
- Develop and motivate a high performing finance team, improve the finance management level
- Set up and optimize the internal control and functional procedure
- Provide finance and accounting solution to all finance related business problems
- Involvement in financial statements review and financial performance & operation plan analysis
- Budget elaboration
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual closing
- Assist in annual audit process and deliver accurate financial statements
- Be responsible for tax planning and tax submission and keep a sound coordination with local tax bureaus
- Provide efficient information for decision-making and mitigate investment risks by performing investment return analysis in light of financial or other data of the investment projects
- Frame out profit making and cost saving measures to ensure the realization of budget plan and profit objective
- Manage and control the financial base cost using VPY (versus prior year) VOP (versus operation plan), perform regular financial analysis
- Provide other managerial statement or information for shareholders
- Rationalize the financing to reduce financial cost, and optimize the Capital Structure

Requirements

- Qualification for accounting practice
- Bachelors or above degrees in Finance and Accounting
- >5 years' solid financial management experience in local environment, >3years' NPL management experience
- Good knowledge of China Commercial Finance and tax related regulation, and China & US GAAP
- Solid finance analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and coordination integrity and dedication is a must
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written
- Efficient computer skills
