Responsibility

- To approve the delivery based on credit limit
- To Monitor the credit of customers and constantly provide A/R
and credit information to the distribution supervisors/managers
- To follow up on payment and invoices
- To allocate the VAT invoices with shipment and prepare invoice check list to the distributors
- To work with credit management company to do credit investigation
and update customer information periodically
- To report monthly A/R analysis, credit review& other similar report
- To make other credit analysis reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in management, finance or sales
- 2-3 years' working experience in credit control administration, A/R management
- Previous working experience in credit sales is preferred
- Good at analytical thinking
- Good communication skill and team work spirit
