Responsibility
- Contributing in the permanent evaluation of project chances and risks as well as potential resultant activities.
- Verifying the Order Intake Calculation in conjunction with the Sales and the Projects.
- Contributing in questions of the contract, delivery dates, cost, results, provisions, etc in early stages of the project.
- All project related foreign exchange currency handling (e.g. forward contracts).
- Planning, monitoring and optimizing of project revenues, invoicing, work in progress, etc.
- Risk Provision and Contingency handling.
- Guarantees and Bonds.
- Overall project cash flow planning and follow- up.
- Contract and claim management in conjunction with the PM.
- All commercial job site activities.
- Preparing and presenting all commercial aspects within the quarterly project reviews, such as maintaining and updating the Chances & Risks overview and the
Cash Flow overview.
- Coordinating and contributing in all commercial negotiations with clients, consortium partners, banks, authorities, insurances and internal suppliers.
