Requirements
Tasks:
- Responsible for effectively managing and coordinating with related department for existing product development / improvement and NPI project
- Determines and reviews all manufacturing processes and methods Process Engineer initiated for cost effectiveness and feasibility sake before / after engineering process released
- People management regarding staff recruiting, retaining, coaching and evaluations ensuring well- qualified and motivated Process Engineering team formed
- Bear Project Manager role upon the SCM project assigned
- Interfaces with customer and supplier for the resolution of any problems with in- process or final product acceptance.
- Coordinate with related department for supplier selection, evaluation and approval activity
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above required
Knowledge/Languages:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process.
- Experience in supplier evaluation and qualification for mechanical & electronic products
- Expertise on CNC maching, casting, welding, molding and painting is strongly preferred
- Have working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 policies and procedures which include APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Statistical Methods (SPC) etc.
- Must have working knowledge of fastener standards related to ISO, EN, DIN, etc.
