Requirements
Goals/Mission:
- Responsibility for the active management of the Product Basket "Magnetronic Devices" mainly Filters/Reactors,Fans and power supply's within the A&D Low Voltage Business Unit for mainland China.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Customers, Sales engineers, Business development managers and Promoters in the Regions
- HQ Product Management
Tasks:
- Product management and marketing of all imported and domestic produced products they belong to the product category regarding to the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
- Collecting of market information and observation of the competitor situation for the responsible product category
- Specify the product Requirements:for the Chinese market for future development to ensure also the future growth with the products
- Support of the development of global market introduction concept together with the HQ in Germany and own
- development of the regional market entry concept for China
- Key customer visit together with the sales colleagues in the region
- Developing of sales strategies for key customers together with HQ
- Responsibility for the marketing relevant contend in marketing slides, brochures, catalogs,..
- Controlling of the sales figures for the related products
- Technical discussions with our factory in Tianjin/China and the development center in Bremen/Germany for developing of new and modification of existing products
- Presentation of the products on internal and external events
Education:
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge/Languages:
- English: Fluent
- Job Language:EN
Experience:
- At least 2 years working experience
- Working experience in international company preferred
