Responsibilities
- Master all kinds of metallographic examination device and gage.
- Correctly evaluate all the test results according to the heat treatment process and testing method.
- Be proficient in the heat treatment theory, all of the heat treatment process plus check procedure.
- Be proficient in the material standard and metallographic check standard.
- Give advice to improve the present testing method and give training to the testing operator.
- Be responsible for data statistic analysis of each month and each year.
- Charge of the lab new machine specification chooses.
- Be proficient in the failure mental material analysis of the products.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- English: CET- 4; Good oral English communication skill.
- Minimum 5 working experience at Joint Venture Company
- At least 3 years of metallographic analysis working experience.
