Requirements
Goals/Mission:
- The task and responsibility of this person is to build- up a customer network to all persons involved at a customer to win projects in the automotive industry.
- Establish relationship to CEO, VP and GM as well as the technical and financial specialist in a company. Financially, this person solely responsible for 50% of the sales as well as Ebit of the business from BU AS AP. Target is to divide China into two major regions: North and South China.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Person must be able to communicate very well to all his interfaces internally e.g. HQ Germany, regional sales, SFAE, etc. as well as external such as customers and suppliers.
Tasks:
- Sales: regular sales visits to the defined key customers together with regional sales and SFAE
- Target is to know of every project opportunity of all key customers
- Target is to understand the customer so well, that we are able to optimize or quotation=competitive advantage
- Target is that the customers want Siemens to win the bid
- Target is that our customers are convinced that Siemens provides that best price/performance offer to them.
- Negotiate the projects guided by GM and German HQ
- Presentations to all customers about AS AP scope of delivery in China
Support PM in the execution of their projects
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Market survey, competitor analysis
Education:
- bachelor degree or above, major in Management and Mechanics.
Knowledge/Languages:
- English: Fluent
- Job Language:EN
Experience:
Experience in the automotive industry is essential, especially for sales
- Project experience within the automotive industry is essential, especially assembly shop sales experience with automotive customers is essential (over 3 years)
- financial experiences such as negotiation, claim management etc. is also essential
