Responsibilities
General: Own the Asia Region strategic development and implementation of a pricing strategy across the Energy Services Portfolio responsible for driving consistency and pricing accountability.
- Direct ES Regional Pricing Activities
- Represent pricing at all regional R1, R2 & R3 deal reviews, make segment pricing recommendations
- Own regional pricing targets
- Manage regional pricing segmentation process of customers and competitors
- Drive regional Won/lost pricing process
- Own regional pricing competitive information
- Facilitate & lead regional pricing reviews, highlighting regional trends
- Manage regional pricing metrics
- Participate in Regional GBP & SII Regional Pricing activities
- Coordinate & manage ES regional pricing training
- Provide input to ES pricing guidelines
- Analyze historical regional pricing trends, make recommendation
- Develop & set regional pricing strategy by segment/ offering
- Recommend pricing delegation of authority changes & participate in Pricing compliance audits
Requirement
- Working knowledge of Energy Service product portfolio and business segments.
- Self motivated team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in planning, organizing and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- BS in technical discipline, finance or equivalent experience.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills.
- GB Certification
