Responsibilities

- Definition of the product- / portfolio- strategy for HVAC products in China together with the Head of CoC China
- Identification and analysis of product gaps and product business opportunities.
- Evaluation of options to close portfolio gaps
- Build up and manage a product management team for CoC China with qualified & competent PM's for the HVP Subdivisions "Systems", "Room Automation Controls", "Field Devices", "ACR Controls", "Burner & Boiler Equipment".
- Work out business proposals for a local development in close cooperation with the global product line managers in Switzerland and USA.
- Define the competitive positioning and the marketing mix for new products but also for existing key products.
- Support HVP sales in important account activities
- Support the Head of CoC China in M&A activities.
- Regularly review the progress of HVP localization activities with the HVP CoC Manager, the SBT Regional Head and the global Sub- Division Heads.

Requirements

- Above 5 years of experience in sales in Chinese HVAC industry, above 3 years of working experience in marketing, product management or business development
- Strong HVAC application know- how
- Good knowledge of HVAC controls products and their application.
- Solid background in marketing and Product Management of industrial goods
- Good knowledge of Chinese HVAC Controls market and competitive landscape
- Good command of English language
