Job Description

- Coordinate Marketing Events activities within the Automotive Sector of Bosch group in China and with the Corporate Marketing Department in Germany with focus on the integration with PR activities with other Marketing Channel (Internet, Intranet, Advertising, Direct Marketing, Promotions) in order to meet pre- established goals,
- Develop Branding strategies and handle effective Trade Fairs and Event Marketing plans such as Trade Shows, Technicial Forums and Minor Tradeshows, facilitating PR activity integration to achieve leading Brand status.
- Effectively lead and collaborate with a complex- group (internally with other departments and business units and external suppliers) to ensure excellent Event planning and event scheduling.
- Aligns Event Marketing plans and Events' goals with the Business Units operation in the Automotive, Industrial and Consumer Industry.
- Collaborate to promote the Corporate Marketing Trade Fairs and Events Team capabilities to the Business Units.
- Control the Marketing Budget and ensure/justify the cost efficiency of each Marketing program.
- Perform in terms of service to the Business Units Corporate Communications activities.
- Carry out specific projects successfully as assisgned by the Corporate Marketing Director.
- Actively demonstrates in his/her behaviors how to an example to other Bosch employees

Qualificaitons/Requirements

- At least one year professional solid track record preferably in Event Marketing such as trade shows having worked in an Advertising agency or for a complex Multinational
- Possessing excellent writing, editing,interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese in mandatory. German language skills will be considered as a plus
- Possessing good Project Management skills
- Highly self- driven, flexible, creative, have a strategic mind and be a proactive team- player
- Bachelor degree or above. Preferential treatment will be given to Marketing Majors.
- Occasional travel within China

The wholly foreign owned subsidiary Bosch Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (in short: RBCT) was established in April, 1998 and took over the responsibility for all Automotive Aftermarket business in China.

The business scope encompasses international trade, warehousing within the bonded zone and the distribution of Bosch spare parts.
