Requirements
Goals/Mission:
- Establish the global portfolio in the local market
- Develop and sustain the business
- Analyze trends to set priority areas for innovation and growth
- Responsible for strategic planning, portfolio management and strategic transformation
- Responsible for rapid launching of a standardized, market and consumeroriented portfolio compliant to the global portfolio.
- Revenue, earnings, profitability.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Internal: Account Management, GM, Delivery, SBS CS.
Tasks:
- Introduce redesigned MD/SOLC process in country
- Develop and describe market opportunities, identify new markets, including strategic planning
- Develop market entry strategies and business plans
- Establishing portfolio for account planning on portfolio level
- Portfolio management, incl. implications for skills, processes and tools
- Give market input, competitive input, country Requirements:for specifications& country feedback regarding portfolio to GSP Regional Coordination(RC)
- Participate in global Portfolio Decision Board as requested
- Conduct roll out of global service portfolio in country
- Participate in network of Innovation Managers- responsible for innovation management in country (selection of innovation projects, management of budget for innovation)
- Participate in local Opportunity&Risk Review Boards- provide assessment of bids from Service Portfolio viewpoint
- In- time identification of SBS- relevant trends in China
- Responsible for (Portfolio) Partner Management in Country, especially for Global Partner SAP, Microsoft, FSC
- Responsible for management of local portfolio, including budget
- Report portfolio- specific KPIs & budget development.
