Responsibilities
- Coach team members to develop on both technical and interpersonal skills, recommend training as needed.
- Manage team to enhance operation excellence for all Asia servers. Work with corporate team to analyze server performance, plan server consolidation and lead implementation.
- Continuously look for ways to improve service level of helpdesk, improve ROFC of L1 helpdesk, customer satisfaction on L2 service.
- Work with corporate team to roll out IT projects in Asia in time and of good quality.
- Work with global peers to ensure all IT operation & procedures are compliance to corporate IT standards.
- Co-ordinate with corporate team to provide mobile email solutions to VIP users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience working in IT infrastructure, user support areas. Multi-national company preferred.
- Minimum 3 years management of technical personnel required.
- Must be competent in with Microsoft products, desktop, laptop, server technologies.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, good paperwork and presentation skill is a plus
- Self motivated with the spirit of "pursuit of excellence". Proven track record in optimizing infrastructure activities with better result.
- Logical thinking with good analytical skill. Be proactive and positive, careful and detail.
- Must be hands-on, team oriented and excellent communication skills with all level users.
