Requirements
Goals/Mission:
- Working on helpdesk & Monitor call centre performance
- Providing 1st level & 2nd level support service
- Internal Knowledge database maintenance and organize regular technical share meetings
Tasks:
- Helpdesk Call Agent
- Pick up end user call, provide service consultation and technical consultation within standard time
- Give explanations for users on IT policy and Information Security policy
- SAP first level support
- Fixing and troubleshooting the problem of computer and network to end users on the client
- IT Support to the end user by on- line and on- site
- Consulting and training simplify for PC end users
- Project implementation & Coordinator
- Regular incident analysis & call centre reporting
- Internal knowledge database maintenance
- Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuity of work in case of absence
- Be cooperative and hard- working
Education:
- BS Major in Computer Science/Information Management
- Job Language:EN
Knowledge/Languages:
- Good in speaking and writting English
Experience:
- Above 2 years Working experience in customer service department
- Professional experience for customer- oriented IT Services and IT support
- Good technology experience in skillfully operating and troubleshooting for the relevant Software and Hardware of computer and network e.g.
Windows NT & 98 & Windows2000 & WinXP, Remote dial- up (Modem) and information security
- Deeply understand Windows OS, Dial- up Network, Network protocol, E- mail System of Microsoft
- Good skills of communicated with the customer and good teamwork
- To participate confidently presentations and discussions with customer in English
