MFG at Bosch Automotive Diesel Systems Co., Ltd (RBCD) comprises all technical departments of a Robert Bosch plant. More than 1000 people are employed in the production units with the related planning departments (MOE). To implement Bosch Production System, the section BPS assists. Training of workers and enforcing the Continuous Improvement Process is managed by the section MFG- CIP. To maintain machinery and equipment and to develop and cherish the production processes and the documentation is the task for department technical functions (TEF). The maintenance of buildings and the equipment for climatization, energy, water, high pressure air, waste water treatment, internal transport and cleaning operations will be covered by facility maintenance (FCM).

The wholly foreign owned subsidiary Bosch Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (in short: RBCT) was established in April, 1998 and took over the responsibility for all Automotive Aftermarket business in China.
The business scope encompasses international trade, warehousing within the bonded zone and the distribution of Bosch spare parts. Furthermore we are allowed to provide after- sales service, technical and product training within the bonded zone in connection with the use, maintenance and repair of Bosch products.
